Hi All

Feeling very yuck today, am at work and have a meeting on at lunch time, just had to go and pick up all the food. Not looking forward t it at all - at least I have also order a fruit platter, so I can have some of that - mind you the other stuff does look good!

Hi

Just wanted to say hi, first time I've been in here and love this site, give lots of inspiration and ideas to help me achieve the weight I want - maybe one day I will get to where I want.

I have only just started enjoying not eating and would like any help I can get - I don't know the first thing about it and only try and eat the smallest amounts possible to stop myself from feeling like a failure.
